Paul, Weiss was recognized with a 2021 “Impact Case Award” by Benchmark Litigation as part of its annual U.S. awards program. The award recognized our landmark appellate victory at the Kentucky Supreme Court on behalf of The Blackstone Group in a $50 billion derivative lawsuit. Paul, Weiss Chairman Brad Karp and litigation partners Andrew Ehrlich, Lorin Reisner and Brette Tannenbaum led the Paul, Weiss team in the matter. A virtual awards ceremony was held on March 31.
