International Financial Law Review (IFLR) recognized nine Paul, Weiss partners as finalists in various categories in its annual Women in Business Law Americas Awards, which recognize top women legal practitioners who are breaking new ground in their areas of expertise.
The individual finalists are corporate partners Victoria Forrester (Investment Funds Lawyer of the Year), Megan Spelman (Private Equity Lawyer of the Year), Laura Turano (M&A Lawyer of the Year) and Chelsea Darnell (Corporate/M&A Rising Star); litigation partners Jessica Carey (White Collar Crime Lawyer of the Year) and Kristina Bunting (Litigation Rising Star); intellectual property partners Claudine Meredith-Goujon (Technology & Telecom Lawyer of the Year) and Bonnie Chen (Intellectual Property Rising Star); and restructuring & debt capital solutions partner Alice Eaton (Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer of the Year).
Winners will be announced at a ceremony in New York on May 28.
