In the article, published on February 9, Financial News spotlights the expansion of Paul, Weiss in London; Neel and the team’s work on over 85 financings for sponsors such as Apollo, Bain and KPS; and his outlook for M&A activity in 2025.
“This year we are seeing a real pick up in activity on the sponsor side both across M&A and financing,” Neel says. “Last year, M&A was more episodic; this year we are seeing a real resurgence in early stage M&A opportunities as well as financing across Europe driven a lot by private equity sponsors.”
