Litigation partner Meredith Dearborn was recognized as a 2022 “Top Antitrust Lawyer” by the Daily Journal. The publication noted Meredith’s work defending a leading audio, visual and voice technology company in a complex patent and antitrust dispute, which involved fast-paced work to block a temporary restraining order; representing two online pharmacies in an unfair competition lawsuit with a pharmacy benefits management company; and representing the International Swimming League (ISL) in suing the international federation that currently oversees global competition in swimming and other aquatic sports for allegedly anticompetitive behavior, including threatening to disqualify ISL swimmers from participating in the Olympics.
