Litigation partners Meredith Dearborn and Melinda Haag were recognized as 2023 “Top Women Lawyers” by the California-based Daily Journal. The annual list includes 100 of the top performing women lawyers in California. The publication noted Meredith’s achievements in antitrust and other commercial litigation for technology companies including Uber, Ripple Labs and Coinbase, and Melinda’s trial and other high-impact litigation achievements, including defending software company Zuora against a high-stakes securities class action and winning the acquittal of a former Jawbone executive accused of stealing trade secrets upon moving to Fitbit, among others.
