Litigation partner Melinda Haag was recognized as 2022 “Top White Collar Lawyers” by the California-based Daily Journal. The publication noted Melinda’s work defending a Jawbone executive charged with criminal theft of trade secrets after moving to Fitbit, reversing a class action certification and securing a complete victory for mortgage servicing company Ocwen Financial and winning the dismissal of a potential class action against PayPal, among other investigations and civil litigation.
The annual list includes 12 of the state’s leading white collar lawyers.
