The Daily Journal named litigation partners Karen Dunn and Jessica Phillips to its 2025 “Leading Commercial Litigators” list, which annually spotlights the top performing bet-the-company litigators across the country.
The publication highlighted Karen’s work winning a decisive jury verdict for Qualcomm Inc. in a closely watched breach of contract suit brought by UK-based semiconductor and software company Arm Ltd; a major pretrial victory for Google in the U.S. government’s landmark civil antitrust case over the company’s alleged monopolization of advertising technology; and a high-stakes copyright trial on behalf of Oracle in its long-running business dispute with Rimini Street. The publication highlighted Jessica’s work representing major global technology platform companies in significant matters involving antitrust, administrative law and torts, including Google in the aforementioned antitrust trial and Uber.
