Kannon Shanmugam Elected as Honorary Bencher at Inner Temple

Litigation partner Kannon Shanmugam has been elected as an honorary bencher at one of the four English Inns of Court, the Inner Temple. The Inns of Court are associations for barristers that have existed in England since the 14th century. The Inns of Court select a small number of distinguished judges and lawyers from other countries as honorary benchers. The Inner Temple’s honorary benchers from the United States include Justice Breyer and Justice Kennedy.
