Corporate partners Jeff Marell and Laura Turano were named “2021 Dealmakers of the Year” by The American Lawyer. The Dealmakers of the Year award honors lawyers who exhibited creativity, innovation and ingenuity in dealmaking during the past year. Jeff was recognized for advising Inspire Brands in its purchase of Dunkin’ Donuts, and Laura was recognized for advising Teladoc Health in its acquisition of Livongo Health.
