Litigation partner Jay Cohen was named among Billboard’s “Top Music Lawyers” for 2023, marking the fourth consecutive year he has been recognized. Jay is recognized in the “Talent and Litigation” category for his representation of ASCAP for more than 25 years, as well as his representation of the National Music Publishers’ Association and Sony Music Entertainment. The publication also highlights his current work “trying to obtain fair market compensation for creators whose music drives the economics of the radio industry.”
