Three Paul, Weiss transactions have been named 2022 “Deals of the Year” by the China Business Law Journal. The firm was recognized for its representation of Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA) in its sale to EQT; its work on Wanda Group subsidiary Legendary Entertainment’s sale of a minority stake to funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management; and its involvement in winning the dismissal of a class action against RLX Technology, Inc., a Chinese e-cigarette company.
