Litigation partner Bill Isaacson was named a “Litigation Trailblazer” by The National Law Journal, which recognizes professionals who have moved the needle in the legal industry. Bill was recognized for his success in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in major antitrust litigations, including in a groundbreaking victory in O'Bannon v. NCAA, which found the NCAA in violation of antitrust laws and ordered injunctive relief for athletes, and, currently, in the first price-fixing case against Chinese companies—the only time the Chinese government has appeared in federal court.
