The publication, which recognizes class action and mass tort litigation leaders moving the needle in the legal industry, highlighted Audra’s achievements in securities class action litigation, including winning an appellate dismissal of a putative securities class action on behalf of Restaurant Brands International. The decision underscored a significant drawback to a recent trend of plaintiffs selecting a state court forum for securities class actions: the availability of interlocutory review, which is not available in federal court.
