The publication highlighted Annie’s leadership in developing Paul, Weiss’s European antitrust practice and her work advising some of the world’s largest private equity sponsors in high-profile, multijurisdictional transactions, including funds and affiliates managed by Apollo in their $11 billion joint venture with Intel Corporation, and TPG on the antitrust aspects of its $7.6 billion acquisition of the remaining 70% stake in DIRECTV from AT&T.
