Throughout your two-year training contract, you’ll rotate through four distinct practice groups, giving you exposure to a variety of legal areas while you work with different teams every six months. This rotation will allow you to develop a comprehensive understanding of different legal disciplines, helping you build a diverse skill set and explore potential areas of specialization.
This immersive structure ensures you’re engaged in meaningful work from day one, gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills where it counts most—on live projects for real clients, with real responsibility. By the end of your training, you’ll have a deep understanding of the law and the confidence to chart your own path in the field you’re passionate about.
We recruit all our trainees via our Vacation Schemes. You should apply for a Vacation Scheme and we will assess you for training contract during the Vacation Scheme.
