Borisoff

Richard S. Borisoff served as chair of the Corporate Department and a member of the firm's Management Committee. Mr. Borisoff regularly advised boards of directors and management on corporate governance issues. His practice touched on all aspects of corporate law including public and private merger and acquisition transactions, capital markets transactions, securities regulation and general corporate counseling.

Mr. Borisoff was editor of the Columbia Law Review and a Kent Scholar.
