Nadeem Waeen is a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the Finance Group, specializing in corporate finance, capital markets and structured finance transactions. He has advised issuers, borrowers, lenders and investors on a variety of such transactions.

Nadeem advises hedge funds and private equity firms on investments in securitizations such as insurance linked securities, student loans, project finance and other related investments. He also advises clients in connection with life settlements, premium finance and alternative risk transfer arrangements.

Nadeem has spoken at several conferences, including ABS East, Deal Flow Media and LISA. Recently, Nadeem drafted the introductory chapter to the new edition of the multi-volume treatise Appleman On Insurance Law.
