A counsel in the European Restructuring Department, Lauren has extensive experience representing a variety of creditors and debtors in cross-border and domestic restructurings and insolvencies. Lauren leads technical business development initiatives for the European Restructuring team and supports them in their transactions.
Lauren’s recent representative experience includes:
- The ad hoc committee of bondholders on the restructuring of $230 million in convertible bonds issued by Hurricane Energy, a UK-based oil exploration and production company focused on naturally fractured basement reservoirs
- The private placement noteholders and lenders on the restructuring of the Interserve group, a UK-based support services and construction provider
- The syndicate of secured lenders to Endeavour Energy (UK) Limited, an oil and gas company, on the restructuring of its debt liabilities
The Legal 500 UK recognizes Lauren as a “Key Lawyer” for Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency. Lauren is also a member of multiple finance and law organizations, including INSOL, the City of London Law Society, 100 Women in Finance, Insolvency Lawyers’ Association, the London network of IWIRC and R3.
