A counsel in the European Restructuring Department, Lauren has extensive experience representing a variety of creditors and debtors in cross-border and domestic restructurings and insolvencies. Lauren leads technical business development initiatives for the European Restructuring team and supports them in their transactions.
Lauren’s recent representative experience includes:
- The ad hoc committee of bondholders on the restructuring of $230 million in convertible bonds issued by Hurricane Energy, a UK-based oil exploration and production company focused on naturally fractured basement reservoirs
- The private placement noteholders and lenders on the restructuring of the Interserve group, a UK-based support services and construction provider
- The syndicate of secured lenders to Endeavour Energy (UK) Limited, an oil and gas company, on the restructuring of its debt liabilities
The Legal 500 UK recognizes Lauren as a “Key Lawyer” for Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency. She is also a member of several finance and law organizations, including INSOL, the City of London Law Society, 100 Women in Finance, the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association (ILA), the London network of IWIRC, and R3. Additionally, Lauren serves as a member of the ILA Technical Committee.
