Gilbert

As counsel in the Real Estate Department, Ira J. Gilbert focuses on residential closings and leases, as well as construction agreements and small commercial matters. His work has included representing institutional clients in acquisitions, development, financing and leasing of commercial and residential properties, including hotels, office buildings, golf courses, supermarkets and shopping centers. He has also represented banks in connection with conduit and mezzanine lending and securitization of loan portfolios, as well as construction lending.

Mr. Gilbert served as administrative editor of the Journal of Law and Technology. He has also been published in the New York Law Journal.
