Georgina Hoy is a counsel in the Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions Group with expertise in strategic transactions, particularly those with a focus on the acquisition, development and commercialization of technology and IP. Georgina has more than 10 years of experience in the UK and Australia advising clients on the IP and technology aspects of corporate transactions. She has advised on complex carve-outs, major projects and joint ventures, among others, and negotiated business-critical contracts relating to digital transformation, technology procurement, IP licensing and innovation projects. Georgina has represented a variety of leading companies in the retail and consumer products, fashion and luxury goods, health care, supply and distribution, software and technology industries.
