Georgina has more than 10 years of experience in the UK and Australia advising clients on the IP and technology aspects of corporate transactions. She has advised on complex carve-outs, major projects and joint ventures, among others, and negotiated business-critical contracts relating to digital transformation, technology procurement, IP licensing and innovation projects. Georgina has represented a variety of leading companies in the retail and consumer products, fashion and luxury goods, health care, supply and distribution, software and technology industries.
