Tim Haase is an associate in the Tax Department who advises clients on a broad range of U.S. federal income tax matters, including public company and private equity mergers and acquisitions, private investment fund formations and operations, restructuring transactions, and capital markets and financing transactions.

Tim has advised clients on M&A transactions, including complex cross-border transactions, continuation fund transactions, internal restructurings, tax-free reorganizations, and bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings — representing debtor and creditor constituencies both in and out of bankruptcy court.
