As an associate in the Corporate Department, Steve Masillo is a member of the Finance Group. Steve focuses his practice on fund finance, representing borrowers in subscription and capital call facilities, including multi-investor funds and funds-of-one, and in other financings intended to provide fund-level leverage. He also has experience representing borrowers on management fee and GP lines of credit, as well as individual borrowers in connection with personal revolving lines of credit.
