Sam Salt is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, who advises leading private equity firms and financial sponsors in all forms of cross-border M&A and portfolio transactions.
Based in the London office, Sam advises on a wide range of corporate matters, with a focus on private equity transactions. His representative matters span the investment life cycle and include public and private M&A, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures and the full range of exit routes (including sales, IPOs and secondaries transactions). Sam also frequently acts for portfolio companies on bolt-on acquisitions and other transactions.
Earlier in his career, Sam spent time on secondment to Blackstone and EQT, giving him a unique understanding of the private equity landscape that he is able to utilize in his practice.
