Riley Scott is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department and a member of the Structured Finance & Securitisations and Financial Services groups. He advises clients on their most complex financial products matters, including structured deals for a broad range of asset classes. Riley’s experience spans from private credit and asset-backed loans to warehouse facilities and subscription facilities and novel financing platforms, both in traditional financing structures and innovative arrangements.
