A member of the Corporate Department, Mie focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and Japan based corporate transactions. She has experience with a variety of corporate matters including sell and buy side representations on public mergers, going private transactions and restructuring transactions in pre and post-bankruptcy resolutions in both the United States and Japan.

Mie is a native speaker of Japanese and fluent in English.
