An associate in the Tax Department, Leon Dalezman advises clients on a broad range of U.S. and international tax matters, with a particular focus on structuring and negotiating U.S. and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and dispositions. Leon has experience advising clients on all tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, tax-free reorganizations and spin-offs, post-acquisition integration transactions, internal restructurings, joint ventures, strategic investments, and capital markets and financing transactions. Leon also advises companies and creditors in connection with the restructuring of financially distressed companies, both in and out of bankruptcy court.
