An associate in the Finance and Hybrid Capital & Special Situations groups, Gary advises sponsors, investment funds, creditors, borrowers and issuers on a range of financing and restructuring transactions. Gary focuses on special situations, working with attorneys across the Corporate and Restructuring departments on liability management transactions, debt exchanges, DIP and rescue financings, and private credit transactions.

Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Gary was an associate in the finance and restructuring groups of two major international law firms, where he represented both borrowers and lenders in public and private financing transactions, chapter 11 cases and out-of-court workouts.
