Global M&A Co-Chair and London Co-Head Roger Johnson spoke with Law.com International about the firm’s remarkable rise in the UK M&A advisory rankings this past year. The article cited recent rankings by the London Stock Exchange Group showing that Paul,Weiss jumped from 32nd to ninth in total value of announced UK-sided deals in 2024, handling 37 transactions with a total value of $29.5 billion. In the last quarter alone, the firm increased its market share by six percentage points.
