M&A Global Co-Head Jim Langston spoke with Bloomberg Law about the importance of seamless cross-functional collaboration between Paul, Weiss’s M&A and antitrust teams on deals at a time when the U.S. government is increasingly focused on regulatory negotiation rather than court challenges.
