Corporate partner Manuel Frey and associate Andrew MacLachlan co-wrote the “USA” chapter of the International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG) – Derivatives 2024, published by Global Legal Group Ltd., London. This annual publication compares the derivatives laws and regulations of more than 15 countries. Paul, Weiss has written the “USA” chapter of this guide every year since its inaugural edition in 2020.
The 2024 “USA” chapter covers documentation and formalities, credit support, regulatory issues, insolvency/bankruptcy, close-out netting, taxation, bespoke jurisdictional matters and market trends.
