In Chapter 13, “Securitization of Lottery Receivables and Structured Settlement Payments,” Jordan and Mikhel discuss the lottery receivables securitization process and related legal issues, and how structured settlements have been securitized. In Chapter 28, “Whole Business Securitization,” they explore whole business securitization transactions as a financing technique and how it differs from more traditional areas of finance.
