In the article, Judie discusses the outlook for dealmaking in China after a slow year amid geopolitical tensions and the continuing battle against COVID-19.
“The booming years are over, but the appetite for strategic acquisitions and investments remains, just at a different level,” Judie says. “Lower valuations might trigger a pickup in deal activity next year as some business owners may face more pressure to explore a sale proactively.”
