Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced today that Francesca Storey-Harris will be joining the firm as a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity groups within the Corporate Department, resident in London. Storey-Harris advises private equity sponsors and corporate clients across a broad range of transactions, with a focus on private and public company M&A and cross-border deals.

Storey-Harris has represented major private equity firms and their portfolio companies on numerous acquisitions, investments and other significant transactions, including Thoma Bravo on its acquisition of Darktrace, its investment in LOGEX and the acquisition by its portfolio company, J.D. Power, of AutoVista; Blackstone on its acquisition of Hipgnosis, its partnership with Hipgnosis Songs Capital to acquire music catalogues and its acquisition of a majority stake in VFS Global; EQT on its acquisition of Dechra Pharmaceuticals via an EQT-led consortium; Brookfield on its acquisition of Hibernia REIT; and Energy Capital Partners on its combination with Bridgepoint Group. She has also represented J.M. Huber on its sale of CP Kelco to Tate & Lyle.
Storey-Harris has been recognized as a “Rising Star” and as a “Next Generation Partner” in upper mid-market and premium M&A by The Legal 500 UK. She earned an M.A., with Triple First Class Honors, and a M.Phil, with Distinction, from Newnham College at the University of Cambridge, and a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School. She is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
