Antitrust Department Deputy Chair Tee St. Matthew-Daniel will serve as faculty for the 16th International Cartel Workshop, hosted by the American Bar Association and International Bar Association. The program brings together leading practitioners and enforcers to guide participants through a simulated global cartel investigation.
Tee will provide key insights and commentary alongside Matthew Boswell, Canada’s former Commissioner of Competition, and Margarida Matos Rosa, former President of Portugal’s Autoridade da Concorrência, on cartel developments and policy priorities across jurisdictions, including U.S. whistleblower dynamics, coordinated global response strategies, and negotiating resolutions with competition authorities.
The workshop will take place in Vienna, Austria, June 10-12.
