Corporate partners Sung Pak and Cullen Sinclair will each moderate a panel at the 2026 Wharton Private Equity & Venture Capital Conference, which will explore the role of private capital in an age of reinvention. Sung will moderate the “Special Situations” panel, while Cullen will moderate the “Large-Cap Buyouts” session. The panels will explore how firms are redefining strategy, risk and value creation as markets undergo structural change driven by geopolitical shifts, technological acceleration and evolving capital dynamics.
The conference will take place in New York City on April 17. Sung’s panel will take place at 2:35 p.m. ET, while Cullen’s panel is set for 1:25 p.m. ET.
