Sean Fitzpatrick to Discuss M&A in the Luxury Fashion Industry

Corporate partner Sean Fitzpatrick will participate in a panel, “Fashioning Deals: M&A and Corporate Structures in Luxury Houses,” as part of the University of Pennsylvania’s Journal of Business Law Annual Symposium 2026: Business Law in the Global Markets of Fashion & Luxury. Panelists will explore the legal, financial and governance challenges that arise as luxury houses structure mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations to expand their global reach.
