Scott Barshay to Participate in International M&A Conference

Corporate partner Scott Barshay will moderate a panel at the 18th Annual International Mergers & Acquisitions Conference. Scott’s panel, “Public Company M&A, Contractual Provisions and Legal Enforcement,” will address the Delaware Supreme Court’s landmark decision permitting the termination of a merger agreement under the MAC clause; how to deal with uncertainty in financial markets; and how global regulators and practitioners are addressing risk allocation and conditionality. The event will take place on June 5 in New York City.
