Real Estate partner Meredith Kane co-chaired the Practising Law Institute’s seminar “CMBS and the Real Estate Lawyer 2020: Lender and Borrower Issues in the Capital Market.” The seminar discussed key developments in the CMBS market, including the state of the market, workouts and restructuring, and complex issues faced by CMBS borrowers. The seminar took place in New York City on January 24.
