Real estate associate Matthew Dulak will participate in a webinar, “Hot Topics in Commercial Real Estate Joint Ventures,” in partnership with the Thomson Reuters’ Practical Law and West LegalEdcenter programs. Matthew will discuss the challenges of negotiating a joint venture, including documenting the underlying goals of the parties, and meeting the joint venture’s technical, operational, financial, accounting, regulatory, legal and tax requirements.
The webinar offers CLE credit and will be held on October 13 at 9 a.m. ET.
