Lauren Bilzin to Discuss Liability Management at Federal Bar Council Event

Restructuring partner Lauren Bilzin will participate in the Federal Bar Council’s Bankruptcy Litigation Committee meeting. Lauren will speak on a panel, “From the Boardroom to the Courtroom: Liability Management Through the Eyes of Investors, Attorneys and Judges,” that will cover the risks and opportunities of liability management as an evolving area of law and finance.
