Corporate partner Laura Turano will participate in a panel, “Practicum on Difficult M&A Issues,” as part of the Practising Law Institute’s “Mergers & Acquisitions 2022: Advanced Trends and Developments” program. Joined by fellow panelists Hon. Joseph R. Slights III, a vice chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery, and Stephanie Norman, a director at Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A., Laura will discuss Delaware General Corporation Law Section 203, interim operating covenants and material adverse effect clauses.
