Laura Turano to Discuss Transformational Transactions at IBA’s Corporate Governance Conference

Corporate partner Laura Turano will co-chair and moderate a panel, “Governance in Transformational Transactions,” as part of the International Bar Association’s 9th Annual Corporate Governance Conference. The session will focus on considerations when designing a governance framework in the context of a transformational transaction, the relevant stakeholders and the importance of company culture.
