Corporate partner Kyle Seifried and counsel Frances Mi will host a Strafford webinar, “Dual Class Shares: Key Considerations and Pitfalls,” amid a trend in companies increasingly implementing dual class share structures in connection with their initial public offerings. The webinar will discuss dual class share structures from adoption to exit; typical features of IPO dual class structures; and key issues implicated by such structures in M&A transactions, among other topics.
