Kyle Kimpler to Participate at PLI Program on Current Developments in Bankruptcy & Reorganizations

Bankruptcy partner Kyle Kimpler will speak on a panel at the Practising Law Institute’s upcoming program on “Bankruptcy & Reorganization 2018: Current Developments.” Kyle’s panel, “Executory Contracts,” will discuss recent case law developments affecting executory contracts, including the treatment of oil and gas contracts, leases as disguised security agreements, retroactive lease rejections, and the treatment of intellectual property and franchise agreements. The event will take place from April 25-26 in New York City.
