Restructuring partner Kyle Kimpler participated in a panel, “Corporate Governance, and Sales of Assets,” as part of the Practising Law Institute’s Bankruptcy & Reorganizations 2021: Current Developments program. Kyle discussed corporate governance issues and bankruptcy, structuring and negotiating bids, and resolving the estate after a sale, among other topics.
The program was held virtually on May 3.
