Restructuring counsel Karen Zeituni will moderate a panel, “Issues in Opioid Bankruptcies,” at the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section Spring Meeting. She will be joined by U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Robert D. Drain, of the Southern District of New York, among others. The panel discussion will include a review of opioid bankruptcies, channeling opioid liabilities to creditor trusts, non-consensual third-party releases and due process concerns.
The panel will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Atlanta on April 1 at 8 a.m. ET, with the option of virtual attendance.
