Litigation partner John Carlin is a featured speaker at the French-American Foundation Cyber Security Conference. John will be a panelist on the topic of cybercrime and ransomware attacks at the event, which is focused this year on “The Future of Democracy in the Digital Age: A Transatlantic Discussion on Evolving Geopolitics and Cyber Security.” The conference will provide a closed-door forum for 40-50 participants, including senior French and American government officials, industry leaders and other experts, to address ongoing cybersecurity challenges in a transatlantic context. The conference is chaired by General Jean-Paul Paloméros, who previously served as NATO Supreme Allied Commander Transformation, a senior military post in NATO.
The event will be held in Washington on December 1 from 11 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. ET.
