Corporate partner Jim Langston will participate in a panel, “Global Deals Outlook: Optimism for 2025,” as part of the Reuters NEXT Leadership Summit and Global Broadcast. Following a period of stricter regulations, elevated interest rates and surging inflation that challenged corporate dealmaking, the panel will assess the outlook for global mergers and acquisitions amid recent cuts to interest rates and the upcoming change in U.S. presidential administrations.
