Jeremy Veit and Austin Pollet Host Roundtable on Exit Considerations at The Independent Director Initiative Conference

Corporate partners Jeremy Veit and Austin Pollet led a roundtable discussion, “Exit Considerations for Independent Directors,” at The Independent Director Initiative’s inaugural conference in Berkeley, California on August 16. Jeremy and Austin discussed the fiduciary duties of independent directors in transformative transactions in a conversation with investors, board members and executives.

The Independent Director Initiative is powered by Venture Capital University and is designed to help train individuals from underrepresented venture capital backgrounds to serve as independent directors on the boards of venture-backed private companies.
