Capital Solutions & Restructuring Department Co-Head Jamie Sprayregen will speak on a panel, “War Stories from the International Trenches,” at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s International North American Insolvency Symposium. Panelists will discuss lessons and challenges arising in cross-border insolvency cases, including insights on strategic decisions, jurisdictional battles and procedural pitfalls.
The symposium will take place in New York on November 10. Jamie’s panel will begin at 3:30 p.m. ET.
